Julio J. Pamias is responsible for strategic planning, safeguarding AtlasBITS’s Culture and implementing Quality Processes. Mr. Pamias formerly was the Managing Director of Keane's Puerto Rico Operation and Metro Information Services, both are multi-millions IT Outsourcing and Solutions companies. His expertise in building infrastructures, hiring key staff, and planning growth are critical to AtlasBITS’s success. He has over 20 years of experience in designing software solutions and IT Staffing for Client companies throughout Puerto Rico, Continental USA and the Caribbean Region.
Pedro J. Rivera Concepción
Vice President of Administration & Finance
Pedro J. Rivera is a Certified Public Accountant responsible for all accounting, administration, back office and human resource functions. He possesses over 30 years of experience with multi-location entities and is particularly adept at building back office and financial infrastructures.
Nancy De León
Software Development Center Manager
Nancy De León is responsible for the Software Development Center activities. Responsibilities include managing different software development projects for AtlasBITS clients, provide support to hosted systems, project estimation (time & cost) and SQA. Ms. De Leon has over 20 years of experience working for Multi-National Companies. Ms. De Leon will directly oversee project quality assurance, use of project methodologies and all facets of project and services QA.
